The Our Saviour Lutheran (OSL) Basketball team, entering its second season in Overtime Elite under Head Coach Peter Wehye (aka Coach Pete_Jelly), will revive the renowned “Jelly Fam” brand, a transformative movement in New York Basketball. Jelly Fam’s legacy, originally pioneered by players like Isaiah Washington, Sid Johnson, Jordan Walker (Dallas Mavericks), and the now Memphis star Jahvon Quinerly, will be carried forward by a new generation of athletes, including notable top players Ian Jackson (Committed to UNC TarHeels), Elijah Moore (Committed to Syracuse), and Dellquan Warren (Committed to Mississippi), and more top roster players. Head Coach Peter Wehye expressed honor in steering the moniker and legacy, emphasizing an aim to not only sustain but elevate and revolutionize basketball, and ultimately, to aspire to achieve championship glory in the Overtime Elite league.
