Obsesh for Athletes
Ta’Quan Roberson, who recently transferred from Penn State to UCONN, joined the Athlete’s Obseshion to talk about his journey to becoming a Division 1 quarterback.
Not everyone decides to become a quarterback because of their lunch aid. With Ta’Quan Roberson however, his was the inspiration to get into the game. After modeling his game from pro players like Michael Vick and Cam Newton, Roberson quickly realized that he would be able to play at a higher level as well.
After an illustrious high school career which included leading his team to a state championship, Roberson committed to play football at Penn State. Following two seasons there, Roberson now finds himself at UCONN, where he is looking to make an impact under first-year head coach Jim Mora.
