Obsesh CEO and CoFounder Tracy Bensons delivers thoughtful insight on Finding work/life balance as a woman leader in tech

February 28th marked the first day of RampUp 2022, a summit where the leaders from technology and marketing convene to find solutions to today’s issues. On the first day, Obsesh CEO and CoFounder spoke about finding the work/life balance as a woman leader in tech. Tracy first talked about being at such an awesome gathering of mind-power, and what it felt like to be together with leaders again after a long time apart.

Much like how Obsesh is athlete-based, Tracy believes that work/life balance is best approached with an athletic lens.

With everything web-based due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, so many people lost their ability to be their authentic selves. For Tracy, her authenticity is her ammunition to staying ahead in today’s online world.

Much like how you must stay authentic to yourself to stick out in this world, it’s important to own your social media impact.
